WINTER'S ENCOURAGEMENT

Welp, sometimes life throws us a curve ball. Be it sickness, pain, depression, disappointment and sometimes, death. I call it the winter of life. Sometimes we are just having a blizzard of trouble, situations, and circumstance and like winter it's just cold, quiet and dead it seems. Snow is like that. Beautiful and deadly all at the same time. After winter comes spring. Hope struggling to make its way through ice and snow. Some of our hopes have been dashed to pieces, but I am encouraging myself and you to look for hope. It may not even come in a package that you recognize, but choose to hope anyway. It's so much better than waiting for the bad stuff to happen. It's winter now, but spring is coming. I'm expecting great things. Great things.
